"They kept raising my rates, i initially contacted them to see why. The lady who answered could not tell me why said she would find out and get back with me, big surprise, I never heard back. A few months later, they raised my rates thirty dollars again contacted them 3 times before getting a response. My rates were raised due to partially my safe drive app and partially an "algorithm " she could not tell me how much my rates were raised from the app and how much was from the " algorithm ". She was rude, insulted me because I told her I was going to get different insurance due to their poor customer service. She told me " to let them know when I found insurance to better fit my budget " when I never once implied I couldn't afford it, I was irritated by the poor customer service and them being unable to break down my price increase. My advice is avoid this company . My advice to Wes is get rid of your employee Maggie I believe her name was, as she is rude and has very poor customer service skills. I switched to farm bureau financial services and they saved me 80.00 a month going through progressive for the SAME EXACT PLAN! This was the worst experience I've had with an insurance company and the worst customer service! Avoid at all cost!"

"I stopped in for a quote recently and talked to Maggie. It of course was several months later than when I told Maggie I would stop in. I just kept forgetting to stop by. Honestly, I was happy with my current insurance company and wasn’t planning on switching. However after Maggie and I went through my coverages and needs we were able to find areas that I was lacking coverage that I needed. My premium will be a little higher than my previous insurance plan however, I will be switching to State Farm at the end of my current billing cycle because my coverages will be much more suited to my needs. I pay my final monthly payment with Progressive this week. Thanks Maggie, you converted me!"
